[Ldsoss] HT and VT Tool

I have a program that imports HT/VT info from MLS in several forms - 
CSV, as well as MLS HT/VT reports.  The program combines that 
information from those files with the membership information, which 
results in all the information about a family in one place.

The program is written in C.  You can download the program and see 
what the program does.  I would be glad to either enhance my program 
or let you have the source code if you prefer.
