[Ldsoss] Missionary Work Tracking Sheet in Excel

They use the tracking forms out of the Preach My Gospel book.  There is 
a "Teaching Record" form at a Progress Record form that I have used a 
lot as a WML.  Also, I'm working on an open source project that the WML 
would use to help track things electronically.  You can grab a copy at
