[Ldsoss] Ward mapping application

I'm actually working on that for our ward. I'm starting from an
existing paper map and I'm going to use CSV output from MLS to
populate it. The manual process of updating the map using MS paint is
too much of a pain. I'll report to the list as I make progress. It
will be aimed at "Utah Wards" that cover a small area.
I also have a program that generates an OpenOffice document containing
a photo directory that needs some polish before releasing into the
wild.
