I suggest that the CSV export from the official web site marks 
surnames for children with different last names.

For example, suppose John and Mary Smith have a child Sam Jones:
Smith, John and Mary,555-555-1234,123 Main St,Happytown, PA 
12345,,,John,Mary,Sam /Jones/

As it is right now (without the slashes), there is no reliable way to 
determine if an Jones is a middle name or a last name.

It would also be great if the web site displayed and exported 
birthdays as well.
