There are a couple of options for you for financial programs.  Not all 
are free but will run on Linux.  Nothing is as complete and polished as 
Quicken but depending upon what your needs are, you may find one that 
works for you.

Free - KMyMoney <http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/index-home.html> - 
Probably the best free one out there.
Free - GnuCash <http://www.gnucash.org/> - Another good free candidate.
$$$ - MoneyDance <http://moneydance.com/> - about 30 bucks.  I used this 
for a while and really liked it.  At the time it was missing online 
banking but that was 3 years ago.  i know the developer and he seems to 
be moving in the right direction.
$$$ - MyBooks <http://www.appgen.com/aptus/my_books_professional.htm> - 
This is more of a "quickbooks" type of application.
Free/$$$ - Quasar <http://www.linuxcanada.com/> - More of a quickbooks 
type of application

There are various other projects in the works but those are the ones I 
know the best.
