Sure.

First - you need Firefox. Then you install greasemonkey (which is a
firefox add-on) which you can find here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748.

Once you have those two you can install any number of cool
greasemonkey scripts (like mine!) you just click on the link to the
script and it will install the script and activate it for your use.
