[Ldsoss] Software for people who can't use MLS?

I am currently the ward clerk in the English ward in Taiwan.  We are still submitting tithing and membership related issues by hand to the Taiwan Church records office.  They have two people there that manage all the units for the island.  The word is Hong Kong has been pushing it out to the units there as a test.  Taiwan should begin to bring it to each unit here by the beginning of next year.  I know of at least one other branch clerk in the Asian area that is using Filemaker to manage his unit's membership records and tithing.
