TNG isn't open source.

PhpGedView uses GEDCOM native.  You put GEDCOM in, you get GEDCOM out, and
you edit GEDCOM online through the interface when you need more than the GUI
can give you.

Advocacy mode: May I say that phpGedView is a robust application with an
active community.  No other online gen app that I know of has the same
international support and the same collaborative eye.
