At least once a month our ward takes the sacrament around to each of them,
and takes with them the Young Man and Young Woman who spoke in sacrament
meeting that month. At each home, one gives a short version of their talk
and the other a testimony and a prayer.
Personally, I don't feel like it is the meeting itself (the content) that
it so important, but rather, it is (1) the ordinance of the sacrament and
(2) feeling the Spirit, that are the most important aspects that should be
provided to each member, shut-ins/homebound and everyone else alike.
