[Ldsoss] Web developers needed for volunteer project

Dr. Phil Windley at BYU has been asked by Heber Valley Camp (a Church  
camp for YW groups) to build a new online reservation system.   
They'll probably use Ruby on Rails, but Phil's looking for volunteers  
with any web programming skills.  See his blog post below:
