[Ldsoss] Dynamic Filters or Views for Ward Web Calendar

I've also thought it would be nice to be able to filter to just Ward
events, or just Stake events as well. With all of the Stake events on
the calendar, sometimes it is hard for people to find the Ward
information easily.
