My guess is that the sewing site your wife is visiting is messed up.  
The Zend Optimizer is a server side component that optimizes the PHP 
code so that it will run faster.  Zend (the company) is a major force 
behind PHP.  However, PHP should not be executing on your local client 
box but is running on the server you are hitting.  The site you are 
trying to hit has something messed up.
