[Ldsoss] Home and Visiting Teaching Tool

On the wiki, under Suggestions for Ward Web Sites I recently added a  
Home and Visiting Teaching heading with a link to the sample HT/VT  
Reporting site offered earlier in this thread and the sample "Elders  
Quorum Organizer" that Bryan Murdock offered.  I included the  
positive and negative feedback from the mailing list.  Please feel  
free to fill in any holes.  I imagine that the Bishoprics and Quorum/ 
Group/Relief Society Presidencies who have actually used such a tool  
would be the best to critique how it effects communication within  
their groups and would be willing to offer up any critical feedback  
to HQ.
