If it's in the style of phpGedView, any group would be free to install their
own server with the open source software, even for just their unit.  The
only benefit of having the LDS Church sponsor a site is that the average-guy
Scoutmaster or Committee Member doesn't have to install; he just registers
his unit at the hosted server and away he goes.
