Last Year, the Portland Ruby Brigade (pdx.rb) ran a
free track alongside OSCon.  The idea was to let
folks from the general area participate.  They've put
up a page for this year's edition at:

OSCamp looks like O'Reiilies response to the success of
FOSCon last year.It's being organized like a [bar|foo]Camp
inside OSCON (you can register for this eent for free, just
follow the registration link on the home page for directions.)
