Greg,
Yes, this is correct. And when you REQUEST records there is zero chance of
e-mail or phones surviving the transfer. Big mistake. If "they" could
avoid losing contact in even 1% of the moves, it would be a great help.
Can you tell me how to get in contact with the MLS people?
