Contact Gordon Clarke (clarkeGJ at ldschurch.org). There is a simple license
agreement (I know, not open source but we're working on it) that needs to be
filled out.

Does anyone know how one would get a hold of the PAF file format?  There are
several programs which work with it so it must be available some how.
