I have often wondered the same thing myself.  I have never found a
good answer to the question however.  I honestly don't understand why
they do not create the mp3s for that session.  It must have something
to do with the fact that they don't show that session on tv either.  I
would also guess that it is somehow related to the lack of mp3s or tv
broadcast for the Young Women's and Relief Society's broadcast.

Just to be safe, I buy the conference cds/dvs so that I can rip the
Priesthood Session for myself.
